Bollineni Zion is a premium residential project by Bollineni Group in Chennai, offering ready-to-move luxury 2 & 3 BHK apartments with world-class amenities, Vastu-compliant homes, and community-focused living. The client needed a polished main website to present the township, floor plans, amenities, and gallery—and separate high-converting landing pages for targeted campaigns (location-specific SEO, paid ads, and site-visit enquiries).

  • Main website: A responsive marketing site covering about the project, location, facilities, floor & master plans, amenities, gallery, news, and contact—with clear CTAs for enquiries and brochure downloads.
  • Campaign landing pages: Dedicated landing pages optimized for conversions—pricing tables, master/floor plans, amenities, gallery, location advantages, WhatsApp/call-back forms, and pre-registration flows for qualified leads.
  • Lead capture & CRM integration: Enquiry, pre-registration, call-back, and brochure forms connected to the client’s CRM via API so leads flow directly to the sales team—along with mobile-first layouts, sticky enquiry actions, and consent-aware submissions.

Technologies Used
