Client Overview

Bollineni Bion is a premium residential project by Bollineni Group in Hyderabad (Kondapur, opposite Botanical Garden Road)—offering luxury 2, 3 & 4 BHK apartments amid nature-inspired design, a 62,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, RERA-approved homes, and 80% open space. The client needed a campaign landing page live for paid/organic lead generation while the full corporate website is completed and prepared for deployment at bollinenibion.com.

Project Status

What I Delivered

  • Campaign landing page: High-converting single-page layout with hero, project stats, amenities, floor plans, gallery, location, and multiple enquiry / site-visit forms—optimized for mobile and paid traffic.
  • Main website (staging): Multi-section corporate site with about, why choose Bion, world-class amenities, 2/3/4 BHK floor plans, gallery, location, and contact—aligned with Bollineni Group branding and cross-linked to other group projects (Zion, Vienna, etc.).
  • Lead capture & CRM integration: Enquiry and site-visit forms connected to the client’s CRM via API so campaign leads reach the Hyderabad sales team in real time.

Technologies Used

  • Backend: CodeIgniter (PHP) — MVC structure, controllers for pages and form handling, reusable views for the main site and landing templates.

Challenges

  • Launch before full site: Delivering a production-ready landing page for active campaigns while the main website is still in development and staging.
